Welcome to Goa Thrill Holidays. By using our website (goathrillholidays.com) and booking any product or service through our platform you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Role

Goa Thrill Holidays acts as a booking and facilitation platform connecting customers with certified local tour operators and activity providers in Goa. We do not own or operate every activity listed; where we act as agent, the activity provider is responsible for delivery and safety of the experience.

2. Booking & Payment

  • To confirm a booking you will normally be required to pay an advance or full payment as specified at checkout.
  • Prices displayed on the site are final for the selected date and person count unless stated otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, major cards, netbanking, and other methods displayed at checkout.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Our standard cancellation policy (unless a different policy is shown for a specific product):

  • More than 48 hours before: Full refund (transaction fees may apply).
  • Between 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours / No-show: No refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Some third-party providers may have separate refund timelines.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity. Contact our support to request rescheduling.

5. Health & Safety

All participants must follow the instructions of guides and crew. Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation (pregnancy, heart conditions, recent surgeries, etc.). Goa Thrill Holidays is not liable for injuries caused by non-compliance, intoxication, or risky behaviour.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goa Thrill Holidays and its partners are not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in activities, except where caused by gross negligence of our company. We recommend purchasing suitable travel and accident insurance.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our reasonable control (extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, natural disasters). In such cases we will try to reschedule or offer a refund per provider policy.

8. Use of Website & Content

You agree not to misuse the website or infringe third-party rights. All images, logos, and content on the site are owned by Goa Thrill Holidays or licensed partners and may not be reused without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
