Our team will guide you through the process, confirm availability, and send you a booking confirmation once payment is received.

We require 30% advance payment at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 7 days before your travel date. For bookings made within 7 days of travel, full payment is required upfront. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways.

Cancellation charges depend on when you cancel: 30+ days before travel (10% charges), 15-29 days (25% charges), 7-14 days (50% charges), less than 7 days (100% charges/no refund). The best time to visit Goa is from November to February when the weather is pleasant and ideal for beach activities and sightseeing. Yes, refunds are processed based on our cancellation policy. The refund amount depends on how many days before travel you cancel. Yes! Airport/railway station pickup and drop services are included in most of our packages. Our driver will be waiting at the arrival terminal with a name placard. You need to provide your flight/train details at least 24 hours in advance. For standalone transfer services, we offer comfortable AC vehicles at competitive rates.

In case of bad weather affecting outdoor activities or water sports, we will try to reschedule them for the next available day during your stay. However, natural weather conditions are beyond our control and don't qualify for refunds unless activities are completely cancelled by operators for safety reasons.

Yes! We offer attractive group discounts for bookings of 8 or more people. The discount percentage increases with group size - typically 5-15% off depending on the number of travelers and package selected.
