1. Introduction

Welcome to Goa Thrill Holidays. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking any tour package or service with Goa Thrill Holidays, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

Goa Thrill Holidays operates as a tour and travel service provider specializing in Goa tourism. Our services include tour packages, activity bookings, accommodation arrangements, and travel-related services.

2. Booking and Payment Terms

2.1 Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of required advance payment
• Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment receipt
• Booking reference number must be quoted in all correspondence

2.2 Payment Policy

• Advance Payment: 30% of total package cost required at booking time
• Balance Payment: Must be paid 7 days before travel date
• Last Minute Bookings: Full payment required for bookings made within 7 days of travel
• Payment Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, Online Payment Gateway
• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payment confirmation receipt will be provided for all transactions

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

• 30+ days before travel: 10% cancellation charges
• 15-29 days before travel: 25% cancellation charges
• 7-14 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• No-show: 100% cancellation charges (no refund)

3.2 Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from cancellation date
• Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
• Processing fees and bank charges (if any) are non-refundable
• Written cancellation request required via email

3.3 Cancellation by Goa Thrill Holidays

• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to force majeure events
• Full refund will be provided in case of cancellation by us
• Alternative dates or packages may be offered
• We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred by customers

4. Tour Package Terms

4.1 Package Inclusions and Exclusions

• Package inclusions are clearly mentioned in package details
• Any services not mentioned in inclusions are excluded
• Personal expenses, laundry, tips, etc. are not included unless specified
• Entrance fees to monuments may or may not be included as per package

4.2 Accommodation

• Hotels/resorts are subject to availability at time of booking
• Similar category hotels may be provided if original is unavailable
• Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM (as per hotel policy)
• Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and charges

4.3 Transportation

• Vehicle type depends on group size
• AC vehicles provided as per package inclusions
• Airport/railway station transfers included as per package
• Fuel, driver allowance, parking, toll charges included

5. Activity Booking Terms

5.1 Water Sports and Adventure Activities

• All water sports are subject to weather conditions
• Safety equipment will be provided as per standard regulations
• Participants must follow instructor guidelines and safety rules
• Age and health restrictions apply for certain activities
• Pregnant women and persons with health conditions should avoid water sports

5.2 Activity Timings

• Activity timings are approximate and may vary
• Weather-dependent activities may be rescheduled
• Customers must arrive at meeting point on time
• No refund for late arrival or no-show

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Documentation

• Valid photo ID proof mandatory for all travelers
• Customers must carry confirmation vouchers
• Ensure all documents are valid throughout the travel period
• Foreign nationals must carry valid passport and visa

6.2 Health and Safety

• Customers must inform about any health conditions or allergies
• Pregnant women should consult doctor before adventure activities
• Personal medication must be carried by customers
• First aid available but customers responsible for medical emergencies

6.3 Conduct

• Customers must behave responsibly and respectfully
• Damage to property will be charged to the customer
• Illegal activities strictly prohibited
• We reserve right to terminate services for misconduct without refund

7. Changes and Modifications

7.1 Customer-Initiated Changes

• Date changes subject to availability and charges
• Name changes allowed up to 7 days before travel
• Hotel upgrade requests subject to availability and price difference
• Package modifications may attract additional charges

7.2 Company-Initiated Changes

• We reserve right to modify itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances
• Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided
• Customers will be notified of major changes in advance
• Price adjustments may apply for significant changes

8. Force Majeure

Goa Thrill Holidays shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, cyclones
• War, civil unrest, terrorist activities
• Government restrictions, lockdowns, travel bans
• Strikes, labor disputes
• Health pandemics and epidemics
• Technical failures beyond our control

In such cases, we will work with customers to reschedule or provide appropriate alternatives. However, we are not liable for any consequential losses.

9. Liability and Insurance

9.1 Limitation of Liability

• We act as agents for hotels, transport, and activity providers
• Not liable for loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party services
• Personal belongings are customer's responsibility
• Not responsible for delays, cancellations by airlines/transport operators
• Maximum liability limited to package cost

9.2 Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance
• Travel insurance not included unless specifically mentioned
• Insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss
• Customers responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Complaint Procedure

• Complaints should be reported immediately to our support team
• Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of service completion
• Include booking reference, date, and detailed description
• We will investigate and respond within 15 business days

10.2 Dispute Resolution

• First attempt to resolve through direct communication
• Mediation may be arranged if needed
• Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Goa courts only
• Indian laws shall govern these terms and conditions

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• Customer data collected only for booking and service purposes
• Personal information kept confidential and secure
• Data not shared with third parties without consent (except service providers)
• Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information
• Customers have right to access and request deletion of their data

12. Intellectual Property

• All website content, images, logos are property of Goa Thrill Holidays
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution prohibited
• Customers may not use our brand name or materials without permission
• User-generated content may be used for promotional purposes

13. General Terms

• Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties
• Modifications: We reserve right to modify terms at any time
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, others remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right doesn't constitute waiver
• Assignment: Booking not transferable without our consent
